Having comped rooms with resort fees is almost embarrassing if I am entertaining which I was this NYE weekend. There is no valet service there is no paid parking and the hotel was so slammed that there certainly was no social distancing.

Absolutely the worst view in the history of anywhere I have ever stayed They put us in a room that was adjoining to a group of college kids that had at last 6 people staying with them and they were loud all day and all night and I actually had to go home to green valley to sleep.

Helpful Share. Atlanta, Georgia 1 contribution. My experience at MGM Grand: The bathroom sink was clogged the whole time, there was stains that looked like old blood stains on the sheets, the air conditioning was not working, only a few outlets worked, and shower was often cold.

We had connecting rooms and the walls were so thin I could hear everything that was said in the next room over. The guests next door were extremely obnoxious past 2AM.

To be honest, I was a little let down. The room I was trying to book looked nicer then the room we got.

We could hear people talking in the rooms next to us through the walls. The hot water was luke cold and the water pressure was poor.

Windows so messed up that we could not even take pictures of the strip because of that. Just expected a much nicer accommodation than we received.

The ac seemed to go off in the middle of the night making our room very hot and it was only in the low 40's outside.
